YoungsailorRachaelBetscharthasraised$10,000forwomen’scharitiesaftercompletinghersecondsailaroundtheisland.
SixyearsafterBetschartcircumnavigatedBermudainherOptimistdinghyintenhours,the19-year-oldtooktotheseainherWaszp,completingthecounterclockwisejourneyinfourhourstoprovidemuchneededfundsfortheNextGenerationScholarshipFundandtheMagentaProject.
ThistimearoundBetschartknewwhattoexpectbutthephysicalchallengeprovidedbytheWaszpwasstilltoughtoovercome.
