SERVICE CIRCUIT: Veterans group seeks volunteers and more

The Southeastern Michigan Veterans Stand Down needs volunteers, sponsors, and support agencies and groups to sign up now for services to vets in September. They work together every year to ensure that there are “no veterans left behind.”

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Detroit VA Health Care System is a sponsor of the nonprofit Stand Down veterans retreat and information fair that takes place 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 24-25 at UAW Region 1, 27800 George Merrelli Drive, Warren.
